Submitted: We purchased a total of 9 Monitors, only 7 were used, the two left over were never opened, and we returned them exactly the same way that they came to use, no different. We were over the 30 day return policy that nextwarehouse has in place, but we talked to the manufacturer and Distributor and they gladly accepted the return.
