I purchased a truck and received financing through citifinancial auto. I mailed in a check for my monthly payment and they posted it for 200 dollars more than what was written on the check. I have contacted them several times and I was always told someone will call me back. unfortunately no one ever called back. I also had one supervisor hang up in my face and one yell at me on the phone. When I wanted to speak to their superior they hung up the phone. I think there should be an number to report horrible customer service so these people won't think they can treat paying customers any kind of way. read full review »
