I am so frustrated right now with cricket. Let me first start by saying if you're going to hire someone to speak to the public especially over the phone, they need to be able to speak clearly!!! Second, their automated system is horrible people need to be able to reach a real customer sevice rep not an computer all the time. The computer system is of no help when you have a detailed question. Nobody wants to have to drive to a store to speak to someone when they have the option of using the cell phone option!!!
