This company has given extremely poor service related to arranging for the repair of my fridge. 24 hrs after i filed a claim, I still didnt get a call from the repair shop, after my third call to them the repair shop called and said i would be charged $200 plus parts and labor because i didnt buy the appliance from them! Why did they hook me up with these people? It seems that the way they operate is to frustrate you to the point where you will give up and pay for the repair yourself! read full review »
