This is my 3rd letter to you and I want to know where my refund is? You charged me $169.95 for something I NEVER got and I WANT MY MONEY! By the (as if you care) I reported you to the California BBB, and they are checking you out too. What makes you people think that you have the right to take advantage of the public like this???
