Dear sirs, on Friday June 11, 2010, at approximately 8:40 P.M., Ihad the privledge of stopping and partonizeing your store in Hesston KS. I was very impressed with the layout of the building, it was neat and clean. But, my impression quickly changed when I pulled around to the drive up window and was greeted by a young man with tattoos and a large prodruding studded lip ring sticking out of his lower lip.
