This is a scam. I ordered downloadable software but nothing happened. Later I found my card was charged $1.95 and $0.05 for 'Foreign transaction fee'. It looks like this company 'Grant dollars now' is based on a foreign country where they don't get taxed and do this scam. This is a 100% fraud! don't ever try and, if you did, cancel or remove your membership. I wonder how they can put their ad on a company like CNN. do they have some relationship? read full review »
