Wachovia has made many, many banking "errors" on my checking account over the years. I understand that we're all human, and we all make mistakes from time to time. However, Wachovia employees have perfected deflecting blame for their mistakes back onto their customers. In August 2009, I deposited $300 cash into my Wachovia checking account at a branch ATM.
