The company maintained the property - In Oct 2007 a call was put in to them to stop all services to the property. In May 2008, we received a bill for a fall cleanup that was done in January 2008. The property did not look like it had any work done to it, nor were we ever told or left a notice that they had been to property but yet we received a bill.
