I cancelled supplies that I receive every few months, whether I need them or not. I have called them several times and let them know that I do not need any replacement supplies, since the electrodes can be used many times and batteries can be bought much cheaper locally, as well as the wipes can be bought locally much cheaper as well as the lotion. My doctor or myself never requested batteries, wipes or lotion, and there was never any question as to how often I would need electrode replacement.
