I ordered blinds from AMERICAN BLINDS on March 19, 2010 and was given a shipping date in April. The blinds were paid for but have not been delivered to date, June 12, 2010. Several excuses were given for the failure of subsequent shipping dates, ranging from the order being shipped to the wrong address, to the order being lost, and the difficulty of shipping back to Mexico to check for damage. I have not received my order or a refund I asked for and wonder if they are a FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. They are definately NOT RELIABLE and from my experience I would advise all potential customers of AMERICAN BLINDS, BUYER BEWARE! read full review »
