May 11, 2010 I renewed my monthly service of $29.99 on their webpage. The total charged to my debit card/bank account was $32.40. Later the same day Virgin Mobile, unauthorized transaction, drafted my debit card/bank account $34.69 for the same phone account. This caused an overdraft of my bank account so my bank charged me a $35.00 overdraft fee. May 15, 2010 I spoke with customer service about this.
