Do not deal with these people. I believe that they just want to get your money and run. Out of the blue, they contacted me saying they had sold my timeshare at Orange Lake. They even sent me a letter of intent signed by a buyer (?). I was willing to send them money prior to the sale, but stopped when I learned the following: 1. no escrow 2. money, not a certified check, to be transferred to a PRIVATE ACCOUNT.
