We had recieved an almost full set of windows which at the time was called Statewide. One of the sashes were broken within a week, We called and someone came out to look. We were then told that someone will be out to replace it soon, this never happened. Then we found out that they switched their name to Pengiun Windows. Their so-called lead Sales guy stated that it was due to an overwhelming amount of businesses called Statewide.
