Purchased a watch for my daughter for Christmas. Took it to get sized. Pin fell out of side of watch and could not be repaired. Jeweler showed me the "diamonds" surrounding the face of the watch under a scope and ALL of them are either chipped, cracked in half or are cloudy from all the inclusions. The watch was represented to be of "high quality" when being sold. I would like this matter resolved to my satisfaction. ShopNBC has been doing a lot of misrepresentation of their products. read full review »

I purchased a cross pendant from Shop NBC from a line by Chuck Clemency. The necklace was "supposed" to have chocolate and white diamonds, which it does. However when I took the necklace to be appraised for insurance purposes with my homeowners' insurance, I was told that it would cost me more for the insurance than the necklace was worth because the stones themselves are of very poor quality, some of the supposed chocolate diamonds have so many inclusions in them, they're actually BLACK.
