I bought a Sony VAIO F Series on 5/30/2010 at Best Buy Costa Mesa for $1, 500 after tax. Before I made the final purchase, I asked nearly three different associate (one was assistant manager of the store) just to make sure about their return policy. Basically, if laptops that you bought is defective within 14 days, you can return it with full refund... well...shit happens after the 3rd day i bought it.
