To start with, I am writing this to share one horrible experience I just had to one of the crew members of dunkin donuts in West Chicago along I-59 and Washington St., Il. I went for a drive thru to get myself and my friends something to eat and drink. I orderd for a mint chocolate chip shake and he was yelling and said that they don't have it. I just let the yelling passed by and ordered for a different drink.
