My husband and I were looking for resources to aid us in starting our own business. A lady called and offered us to buy a cd for helping us write a proposal for a grant, we agreed. The next week I called and declined the website access, the next day my husband checked our bank account and found there was a $69.95 fee, I called and they said it was because we did not call before 7 days and decline the website access.
