I looked over my Verizon phone bill and noticed that there was a charge for other providers and noticed the charge for OAN services, I never authorized this charge and never even heard of the company, I do not have any services from them. When I tried calling the number listed on my phone bill it directs you to a 1-900-446-2900 number and no one answers, How does verizon allow this if their customer did not authorize? and how do I stop these charges if I cannot contact some one to stop it and reimburse me for false charges. read full review »
