Dying to make a great bowl of Guacamole, I went to WalMart's Neighborhood Market to purchase some avacados. The selection was typically poor, mostly very green unrippened avacados were available. An employee was standing there stocking them, so my expectations were pretty low knowing that I was having to pick from a fresh delivery.
