Starting in April, 2010 starting charging a late fee to my account I call and wrote them in hopes of resloving this matter, I have my statements and cancel checks to prove that I have been making payments on time * something which I have done for over 2 years. I wrote Tribute Dispute Resolution Center 3 times the last time I wrote them was on May 22nd they will not reply to my letter but they keep charging late fees with interest to my account in 3 months they have charge me $120. late fees I want this taking off my account . read full review »
