So... Has Sears ever responded to any of these complaints? Has anyone hear ever gotten statisfaction? Right now I am trying to calm my mother because she is so upset about lack of concern and service we have received from Sears. My mother is 83 and has been shopping at Sears for probably several decades. However, as of this weekend she will no longer buy anything from Sears, or set foot in a store again.
