Purchased a faucet from these people and have gotten a complete run around about returning it. My plumber discovered the hot water line did not work so when I called to get a authorization for return merchandise number and they said I had to deal with the manufacturer. I am within 30 days purchase. Every other internet company I do business with can't wait to write your credit and keep your business especially with a defective product. You'd never get this terrible treatment from Amazon. Please save yourself some hassle and don't buy from this supplier in the frist place and avoid customer service hassels in the future. read full review »
