I called for service on my pool filter. It took over a week for them to even get out, but they assured me it would be fixed the same day. the service tech came out, said what had to be replaced, and we were given options. I talked to the store, settled ona new type of filter, was quoted a price, and then i was told i would be called back in a few minutes with an installation time. $ hours went by, no call.
