I called this company to get information on their testing. Their customer service rep was so rude! When looking at their site it appeared they had the test I needed to have done. When I called the customer service rep answered the phone "hello." Not providing his name, the name of the company, how can I help you... nothing. I asked about the test and he only responded with "we don't do that" and that was it... he then hung up. read full review »
