Try having a modification approved after a year of submitting paperwork just to find out six months later it was reversed, without letting me know anything, they just starting sending new applications to apply if I was having trouble making payments as scheduled by them on time and my payments were NOT even reduced. They added what I was behind on to the end of the loan and apr dropped 1/2% only. Now for the past 3 weeks of calling I'm stilling no closer to getting an answer. read full review »
