I try and view my UVerse Account Online and it's so frustrating as only my wireless account shows up. To even talk to them you have to have a password and make a payment with an agent costs you money but I can't even get logged in. VERY FRUSTRATING to even try and pay my bill. When I got the bundle package the rebate card wasn't even valid took 2 hours of my time to take care of and had to use my gas to drive to the store. Was going to pay my bill with the rebate card, they said it was ok to pay the next day and now to make any payment arrangements it says that I had a broken arrangement. read full review »
