We were a week away from receiving our dog(which we had already fallen in love with via photos)when told that, while having an operation for an inguinal hernia that had developed, the vet with the breeders consent, decided to the neuter the dog as well. Rude, patronizing, self-serving responses followed without either the breeder or Purebred Breeders taking anykind of responsibility for violating the contract, saying only that "things happen".
