I wish to file a complaint regarding my laptop purchased 3/01/09. One day before the one year warranty was up my laptop failed. I spoke to customer service THAT day and they told me my warranty had expired. Doesn't a 1 year warranty mean one year or 365 days? Apparently not to Gateway. I loved this laptop. It worked perfectly until Feb 28th. I shut it down on the 27th of Feb and when I attempted to turn it on the next morning I got nothing! No fan, no motor, no lights, nothing.
