I have only been banking with Bank of America for one year now, but it hasn't been a good expieriance thus far. This past week though was horrific. My lovely wife and I spent the weekend in Louisiana to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. We made a mistake in our spending and unintentionaly overdrew our account. An old purchase surfaced late and one of the hotels charged us an extra $30 to park that we weren't expecting. We discovered the error upon our return and notified the bank to resolve the issue.
