This institution DOES NOT operate like a reputable bank. I filed a dispute with them back in October 2008. I havee been receiving phone calls and letters that they still want me to pay on the disputed item. They are the credit provider for American Laser Centers. The BIGGEST SCAM out there in the healthcare field. They have now filed with the Credit reporting agencies and it is ruingin my credit. They are a scam and do not care about their customers. read full review »
