BUYER BEWARE. I ordered a new model ULTIMATE ZAPPER from KEN PRESNER. What I got did not look like the new model online advertisement picture in 4 ways (label, plus external appearance of design features -- wires, switch and LED light). It is not normally a problem in any reputable business when a customer reports they did not receive what they ordered AND has photos to compare with the online ad.
