I hired Ben Rinker to install and repair outdoor lighting at my business in Mount Cobb. We have repeated have had to call him to come back out to fix the lights which are always malfunctioning. The lights fail to work as promised. Ben Rinker has taken a nasty unprofessional and cocky attitude when i have called stating my concern there is a substantial issue with his workmanship and with the quality of fixtures he installed which are malfunctionming.
