Bought a new refrigerator on Memorial Day along with 3 other big ticket items. Brought it home, removed the packaging and the refrigerator had a HUGE dent and scratch in the back and both doors had scratches on the front. Called the Menards store and spoke with the General Manager, Jerry Richards. He would not help us at all. We asked him to order a new refrigerator and deliver it to us and take the damaged one back.
