I filed for unemployment insurance in Apr 2010. I had my Phone interview on May 10, 2010. Still to this date they have not received any payroll information from my previous employer. They tell me that no one is responding to their inquiries. I explained to them that i have a copy of all my Leave and Earnings Statements from my previous employer and that I can fax those to them but they say that they cannot accept them from me because they have to receive them from my employer.
