I'll never use Sears Repair Service again. I took off work to get an oven fixed for the proverbial 1-5:oo service call. Well, here it is 6:20 pm and no service person. When I call Sears, I'm told either that I just have to wait for him (he's running behind, and if it's 9:00 pm tonight, so be it) - or that they can reschedule me in a month - or that they cannot reschedule me because "this has been assigned to a technician already". What story I get depends on who I speak with. What amazing rudeness. I'll never buy another appliance or get repairs from Sears again! read full review »
