For the past few months I have been dealing with the customer service line at GMAC Mortgage. I find their customer service team and their business practices to be very misleading and shady. They will claim one thing but the next time you have someone else on the phone it's something very different. When you call them on it they claim that you misunderstood that individual or that you can't understand their documents and y0u should read it again.
