I work at a Law Firm where I process loan modification cases representing homeowners experiencing financial difficulties. PNC Bank has closed two (2) files I have been processing since October of 2009. Each file/homeowner were active in the HAMP Trial period plan. The plan(s) were accepted with first payment due on or before December 2009. Each homeowner had made all of their trial payments on time up until June of 2010 when PNC wrongfully closed each case.
