The web site claims they are UK based company that offers a full 30 day money back guarentee. When the wrong boots arrived they had a Shanghi address and Chinese writting on the used box. They refused to give me a refund or exchange the boots for the correct order even though they admitt it was their mistake that I received the wrong ones.They keep insisting that I keep them and resell them myself. The boots were stuffed in a small tattered box not its origional packaging. Im out a lot of money for boots I did not want. read full review »
