I am extremely disappointed with my Stanley Steemer experience. I made an appointment during the 3 to 7 pm timeslot. I am a mother of a toddler and two dogs, and so my husband took off of work early (despite being super busy and not wanting to get behind on hours) so that one of us could be at the house while the other took our son and the dogs away for a couple of hours.
