All i wanted to do was order service- the worst hour ever! after giving all my information online, and choosing my channel package, i wasnt able to continue with the installation. I called up and waited on hold for 22 minutes to speak with NESTOR who proceeded to go over my order. 34.99 pkg he was quoting me was now 99.00 for some reason. He made NO SENSE, telling me to call back tomorrow to set a date for install, however we already took the money out of your account from online.
