I just recieved a letter stating that I won two million dollars and to send them a payment of 11.89 for a fee. I believe that this is a scam by what I am reading. I think whom ever gets this letter should send it back with no monies and tell them to take the fee out of the monies that they have already won. They will have so much mail thinking that they have scammed but in reality they will have nothing except alot of reading to do. Please let me know how this plan sounds. tks read full review »
