I recently ordered an item via grant funds through my university's purchasing department from Camera King. I spoke to one of their sales representatives and he assured me the item -- a Panasonic camcroder (AG HMC150P) was a US model. I received the camera and tried to register it on line, with no luck. I then tried listing it as being purchased in other countries -- going down the list. Finally, Guatemala worked! However, because it was destined for sale there, I was not eligible for the 3-year warrantee, only the 1 year warrantee offered... read full review »
