Awful customer service. When I politely asked about the status of my order after 7 business days. I received a snarky reply, nearly word-for-word. "There are disclaimers on every listing and the shipping page saying orders take longer at peak times. 'Operative' being the key word." I'm not joking. Even in e-commerce a rudas is still a rudas and will drive away business. Most of the negative reviews are complaining about the rude service not the product. read full review »
