My package arrived at the local facility the day before first attempt, though the notice was marked final attempt. When I looked online, an exception status says customer requested pickup at facility that I never done. WTF? How could I do that if I never receive the notice until first attempt and I didn't give instruction for this to the store where I bought the merchandise. Package delivery have become suspect for some time. I think their driver doesn't give a crap about the job. read full review »
