I owned a business up until February 13, 2010. When I sold the business, the new owner wanted to have the AT&T phone & internet service transferred over to his name. We had to fill out forms, have them notarized, and then fax them back to AT&T, so we did. If they were not returned by February 14, 2010, my form stated the service would be disconnected.
