They have lied and have not taken any responsibility for their bad service. "The consumer is always wrong" I had a TERRIBLE experience with Stanley Steemer. Before I moved in to my new house I was looking for a very good carpet cleaner company and definitely picked the wrong one. I paid 451.75 dollars for a very bad service and unfinished work.
