I visit the dunkin donuts at Melbourne, Florida (Eau Gallie Road store) quite often. There seems to be little training for their new employees. Several times I have waited while the server went for help in filling and ringing up orders. Once, late at night a blue shirted employee was outside in a car smoking when I went inside.
