Scheduled appt with at&t on April 1, 2010 to have a jack installed and was informed that I would have scheduled appt between the hours 8am-12pm I have spoke to 9 different Reps at at&t today and nobody provide me with customer service. I was transferred to several different departments and still didn't get any good customer service. I have called at&t 10 times today and the last rep than informed me that no tech was assigned to come out sometime today between 2pm-5pm per Supervisor Beverley Jumonville.
