AVG recently bought out Walling Data in the US. You can no longer contact Walling Data when you have problems with AVG. Have tried 4 times to renew AVG virus protection online and spoken to numerous European AVG customer agents to no avail. I was not allowed to speak with anyone above the initial supervisor. I was not renewing the free version. I was going to PAY for it as I have for the previous 2 years. The AVG virus protection worked well I far as I can tell. When you can't contact someone in a companies upper mgt. that company is not serving the customer. Their serving the company. read full review »
